A. Every month we showcase a featured selection of new release titles on the website. For our full catalogue and availability, visit our webstore: https://australia.kinokuniya.com/

Q. What does the ‘Card Member’ price mean and how can I become a member?

A. Kinokuniya Card Members are entitled to 10% off* full priced books, DVDs and selected figurines. For more information, see our Membership page.

Q. Can I exchange or refund a book I have bought?

A. We will gladly exchange or issue a credit voucher in store within 30 days of purchase with receipt for proof of purchase. All goods must be in original condition including shrink wrapping. Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit voucher.

Q. I am an author and would like to find out if Kinokuniya would like to stock my book?

A. We generally only stock books through distributors. If your book is self-published, we recommend finding a local distributor that will best suit your needs. We do, however, accept a small number of  small art press submissions. Our small art press submission program is currently suspended & will resume July 2021.

Please return here at this time for updated contact information if you have a small art press title that you would like to submit for stock consideration.
