When you purchase any book or merchandise from our fantastic Lonely Planet range in store from August 12th to September 15th, you can go into the draw to WIN a $5000 travel voucher, thanks to Lonely Planet!

Just make your purchase in store, fill out an entry form, and submit the entry form with your proof of purchase to staff at our English Books Information Counter. Entries close September 15th 2019.

Terms and conditions

The competition commences at 10.00am AEST on August 12, 2019 and closes at 6.00pm AEST on September 15, 2019. To enter, purchase any Lonely Planet product from Books Kinokuniya Sydney in-store only, fill out the entry form and submit to staff in-store. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia aged 18 or above. You can enter as many times as you wish but only once per purchase. One lucky winner will be drawn by Books Kinokuniya staff. The winner will receive one $5000 voucher to spend at Flight Centre. Prize is valid for 36 months. Prize is not transferable for cash. The winner will be notified in email by Books Kinokuniya. The winner will be required to provide their address for delivery of prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, or has not responded in email by October 14, 2019, a new winner will be drawn and notified. Lonely Planet and Books Kinokuniya do not accept responsibility for your entry into the competition or use of the prize which results in: (i) loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, (ii) loss that was not caused by their breach of this deed or by their negligence, (iii) business losses (such as lost data, lost profits or business interruptions) or loss suffered by non-consumers, (iv) losses caused by factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside their control (such as faults in third party equipment, or delayed or cancelled flights), and (v) any loss caused or contributed tom by your breach of conditions of entry or your negligence). By submitting your entry, you agree that these conditions of entry apply to your entry. You consent Lonely Planet and Books Kinokuniya to publish your name as the winner of the prize. This competition is subject to the laws of Australia. Your personal information will only be used to tell you if you have won.
