The Zero F*cks Cookbook launch with Yumi Stynes

Join television and radio presenter Yumi Stynes for the launch of her very first cookbook, The Zero F*cks Cookbook!

Yumi Stynes is your accomplished, creative, no-bullshit friend in the kitchen. In fact, before her media career started she thought she was going to be a chef, and worked as a cook in various pubs and cafes around Australia. Like so many of us, she likes to cook, she likes to eat, and she likes to share good food with the people she loves. But she also has a million things going on and at this point in her life, needs to impress precisely no one.

In The Zero F*cks Cookbook, we’re given permission to give less of a fuck about food, because this cookbook is all about stress-free scrumptiousness.

Come celebrate with a glass of bubbles and some tasty food from the book, as Yumi tells us all about her Zero F*cks cooking philosophy!

6.00pm arrivals for 6.30pm start.

RSVP in store, by phone: 02 9262 7996, email, or via Eventbrite.

ZFC soba noodles c Chris ChenYumi Stynes is a Sydney-based television and radio radio presenter. She hosts KIIS FMs 3pm Pick-Up radio show three days a week, as well as presenting the ABC radio podcast on female health and sexuality “Ladies, We Need to Talk”. She grew up in your classic Aussie household with one migrant parent (a Japanese mother), and her food reflects a love of both Japanese and Aussie food cultures. With four gorgeous children (whom you may glimpse in the pages of the book), most nights she cooks to feed at least six, often more – with drop-ins, rellies and just starving passers-by! She loves all this, but, frankly, does it all with zero fucks.
